I am happy to report that we have passed the one month mark here in Elizaland, and are off on fresh adventures for the month ahead. She is definitely turning from a cute little lump of babyness into a bit more of a person each day. Even better, she is actually sleeping in six hour chunks at night, though sometimes that is 7pm-2am, or 12am-6am, depending upon her whims, hunger and general bowel disposition.
Back to the adventures – Eliza’s fifth week was filled with new experiences, new people and new places, which we have documented and shared in the photographs below.
We’ll have another post up very soon covering our big trip to Mommy’s home state of Massachusetts!
For now, Eliza seems to have blue eyes after her Grandfather Peter… we will keep you posted on how they develop.
Daddy is also very excited to be able to keep his daughter well fed (6 ounces in one sitting!)
Daddy is definitely skilled at a number of techniques of putting the little on to sleep
Eliza was so excited to meet mommy’s friend Shannon, a real-life tv star who recently appeared in “Trauma”
Eliza is starting to discover her body, and Mommy helps her get to know her nose
Fascinated by her first meeting with an actual “American Girl” (uh-oh!)
Wearing her hand painted onesie from Auntie Georgia
Prospect Park is still our favorite destination for some R&R
More and more big smiles and bright eyes every day
