A Chilly Fall (Winter?) Swing!

Like many children, one of Eliza’s favorite outdoor activities is to swing at the playground. Fortunately, we have a number of great swingsets in nearby parks, with special seats that cater to wee little ones. She hasn’t quite gotten the hang of holding on to the sides, or leaning back into the pull of gravity, but even so, she manages to hang on and really enjoy it. Sometimes she is all smiles and giggles, while other times she is quite and entranced. Regardless, it is a nice way to pass an hour, and an outdoor activity we can hopefully take part in all winter long. It won’t be long before she’ll want to start using the “big girl swing”.
