Eliza had a wonderful time with Grandma Deane this weekend–we went to the farmer’s market and visited with Auntie Mary Pat, did some swinging in prospect park, and went out for margaritas and guac (eliza only had the latter, of course). Nate and I even managed to escape for a night to a faraway land–the Lower East Side! Eliza is nine months old and loves to play with blocks and puzzles, read books, push her walker around the house, and pretend that she can walk (and then fall down, hard). We are looking forward to warm weather ahead–more time for the Prospect Park Zoo. Eliza’s favorites were the monkeys, fish and sheep. When can we get her up on a horse?
