Well, not really–but we did celebrate in Brooklyn on Parisian time (so the kids could go to bed at a decent hour). The Ismail-Sisco family made and hosted a lovely french dinner–boeuf bourguignon, fromage, crepes et champagne? mais oui! Eliza and Amalia had a ball eating at the kids table and chasing each other around, and I was lucky enough to be able to hold sweet baby Lena for a bit. With this lovely warm weather and a super long nap for Eliza this morning, the year is off to an excellent start already! All the best for 2012 to you and yours…lots of love.
